* Electricity for the sake of the environment The electricity consumption (general current and electrical appliances, refrigerator, washing machine ...) is fixed at a rate of 50€/week. Excessive capacities (excessive operation of the air-conditioning systems at day and night) are calculated separately according to meter readings.

* Approximate monthly price. The actual price will depend on the exact dates of your stay.
